Bean the Dog needs a home

Bean is a very sweet and affectionate girl, but wary of new people, situations, and noises. We are still working on helping her be comfortable with being picked up; have to lure her with treats, but once she lets you pick her up, she loves to be held, scratched, and petted. She is great with other dogs of all sizes.



Has not been around cats to my knowledge, but I think she might be fine. At this time, I don’t think she should be placed in a home with small children, but that could change as she grows more confident. Obedience training with her new family with help with that.



Bean is crate/housetrained.  Her adoption fee of $225 covers her spay, vaccinations, microchip and she's on monthly heartworm/flea/tick preventative.  Adoption applications can be turned in via this link: http://thestreetdogproject.rescuegroups.org/forms/
